Everything worth knowing before and after you order — our terms, and how returns work.

Thanks for shopping with Nabta Garden. By browsing the store and placing an order, you agree to the terms below — please read them before you complete a purchase.

1.Our plants

  • Every plant is hand-picked and checked for quality and health before it leaves us.
  • As living things, plants vary slightly in color, height, and shape from the photos you see.
  • Lighting and screen settings can make a plant look a little different online than in person.
  • Availability shifts with the season, so the exact plant is confirmed when your order is prepared.

2.Orders & payment

  • Your order is confirmed once payment is completed successfully.
  • Payment is online only (KNET or card) — we don’t accept cash on delivery.
  • If an item turns out to be unavailable or a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3.Delivery

  • We’ll reach out to arrange a delivery time that works for you.
  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so we can reach you.
  • If no one is available at the agreed time, a repeat delivery attempt may add a fee.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours.
  • The plants used in glass terrariums may vary slightly depending on what’s freshest.

4.Plant care

  • Plants arrive healthy and well cared for; once they’re delivered, their ongoing care is in your hands.
  • We can’t be responsible for damage caused by unsuitable placement or care after delivery — but we’re always glad to share care tips.

5.Intellectual property

  • All images, text, designs, and content on this store belong to Nabta Garden and may not be reused without our permission.

6.Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time; any change takes effect as soon as it’s posted here.
  • Continuing to use the store means you accept the latest version.

Because our products are living plants, returns and exchanges are limited. Here’s exactly how it works.

1.When we accept a return

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if a plant arrives damaged or doesn’t match its description.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please send a clear photo showing the condition of the plant.

2.When we can’t accept a return

  • We can’t accept returns for a change of mind, or for damage caused by handling, placement, or care after delivery.
  • Slight natural variation in color, size, or shape is normal and isn’t considered a defect.

3.How to request a return

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours with your order number and photos.
  • Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
